Privacy Policy

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy informs you about which data is processed when you visit this website and what rights you have.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Jennifer Müller, Breckerfelder Straße 149, 58256 Ennepetal
Email: info@hunde-rohfutter.de

2. Hosting

This website is hosted on a server in a data centre in Germany (STRATO GmbH, Berlin). On our behalf, the host processes data that is technically necessary to provide the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.

3. Server log files

When the website is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in server log files: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, date and time of access, and the IP address. This data is used for technical delivery, security and stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not merged with other data sources. It is automatically deleted after a short time.

4. Web analytics with Rybbit (self-hosted)

For statistical analysis of website usage we use Rybbit, a privacy-friendly analytics software that we host ourselves on our own server. No cookies are set and your IP address is not stored. Recognition is based solely on a daily changing, anonymised value with no personal reference; no cross-device tracking takes place. The data collected in this way (for example pages visited, approximate region of origin, device type) is anonymous and does not leave our server. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a far-reaching, data-minimising statistic (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent under Section 25 TDDDG is required for this.

5. Consent and external content

External content such as maps (OpenStreetMap) or videos (for example YouTube), where embedded at all, is only loaded after you have expressly agreed via our consent banner. Until then, no data is transmitted to the respective third-party providers. We store your choice in a technically necessary first-party cookie (consent_eigen) on your device, so that the banner does not reappear with every page view. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” button.

6. Fonts

This website does not load any external fonts (for example Google Fonts) from third-party servers. Only locally provided or system fonts are used. Your IP address is not transmitted to font providers.

7. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

8. Affiliate and partner programmes

Where we use affiliate links (for example to the Amazon partner programme), the respective provider may process data when you click such a link (for instance via its own cookie) in order to attribute the purchase for the commission. Such services are, where consent is required, only activated after your agreement; the data processing is then governed by the privacy policy of the respective provider. At present, such programmes are only active to the extent that they are marked as such on the pages.

9. Your rights

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data: the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact the address given above.

10. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf.

11. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in the address bar of your browser.
